I recently had the pleasure of staying at Palacio Astoreca, and I must say, it exceeded all my high expectations. The beautifully restored mansion provided a true sense of charm, while the well-appointed room featured a flat-screen TV and a mini-bar that made unwinding after a long day of exploring Valparaiso a delight. One of the highlights was the exceptional dining experience at the hotel's nearby Pica Flor Restaurant, where I indulged in locally sourced dishes that perfectly captured the essence of Chilean cuisine.
